Un programme pionnier
You are interested in design methodology and have 3 years' higher education or more than 5 years' professional experience? Then this course is for you.

You will have two main timetables broken down as follows: 83 hours in lectures and 66 hours in project mode, giving a total of 149 hours for 30 ECTS

You will follow this course for 5 months, at the rate of 1 week per month (30 hours) + 1 blocked week of workshops.

You can choose between 2 periods during the year: from September to January and from February to June

You will have to pass an admission interview

Your courses and project follow-up will take place at CY école de design on the iXcampus in Saint Germain-en-Laye or off-site, depending on the session.
UN OPERATEUR EXPERIMENTE
Depuis 2021, dans le cadre d'une licence de marque déposée, le Département a confié à Opta-S la possibilité d'essaimer cette culture de l'innovation plus largement.
Ce partenariat permet de proposer l'EMI à d'autres collectivités ou organismes publics dans le monde de la sécurité sociale ou de la santé.
UN DIPLÔME UNIVERSITAIRE
Partenaire historique de CY Cergy Paris Université, et de CY école de design en particulier, le département du Val d'Oise a demandé à l'université de devenir le certificateur académique de cette formation pionnière. Avec cette formation, CY école de design amène sa compétence et sa légitimité sur le domaine du design pour donner encore plus de puissance et de rayonnement à cette formation
THINKING AND ACTING FOR THE COMMON GOOD
Driving change for the common good
Using the design approach, you will be required to devise innovative, co-constructed solutions in the field of public action and social innovation.
For 5 months, you will learn about the global approach to design, its tools and methodology through theoretical and practical input.
You will exercise your critical thinking skills, engage in cooperation, empathy and collective intelligence, activate your creativity and experiment with your solutions.
Learn the fundamentals of design
You will work as part of a team to get as close as possible to the ground on concrete projects entrusted to you by local authorities.
At every stage of the course, you will adopt the designer's stance and experience design as a shared culture of innovation:
re-interviewing what already exists => mapping the ecosystem => identifying the points of tension in a given situation => proposing creative solutions => mobilising the players involved => testing the proposed solutions => capitalising on feedback from the field to roll out the solution.18
L'ambition de la formation
La formation a pour ambition de permettre aux agents du service public de devenir des éclaireurs de la transformation publique.
Elle leur apporte des outils et méthodes à mettre en oeuvre dans leur fonction d'encadrement et/ou de gestion de projet, afin d'élaborer des réponses nouvelles, d'améliorer l'offre de service existante en termes de qualité, de délai et de coût et en mobilisant au tant que de besoin, la participation des usagers, des agents et des forces vives du territoire.
PUBLIC CONCERNE
La formation s'adresse aux agents en situations de management d'équipe ou de projet.
Le parcours de formation leur permet de développer sur le long terme une nouvelle façon de concevoir et de mettre en oeuvre les politiques publiques.
Les apprenants expérimenteront les apports de la formation sur des sujets hors de leurs thématiques habituelles, en faisant ainsi un pas de côté.
Ils pourront aussi partager avec leurs pairs, des agents issus de différents services et métiers pour favoriser la transversalité des échanges.
